Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete all necessary forms and 5 minutes early for all other appointments.
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation and rescheduling less than 24 hours to your appointment.
We allow a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Arrival after 15 minutes will cancel your appointment and you will need to rebook. Failure to show without cancelling will result in a 50% booking fee.
Free parking is available on the street and limited spaces in our lot, just turn in the drive and head back. There is also a paid lot directly across the street.
While we love pets, they are not welcomed in our spa in accordance with Georgia State Board regulations. If you require a service animal please contact the spa directly when scheduling your appointment so that we may accommodate your needs.
To preserve the serene and luxurious atmosphere of our spa, we kindly ask that guests be 16 years of age or older to receive services. Our environment is designed for quiet relaxation and adult self-care, and we strive to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful, rejuvenating experience.
