Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete all necessary forms and 5 minutes early for all other appointments.

Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment.  A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation and rescheduling less than 24 hours to your appointment.

We allow a 15 minute grace period for all appointments.  Arrival after 15 minutes will cancel your appointment and you will need to rebook.  Failure to show without cancelling will result in a 50% booking fee.

Free parking is available in on the streets and limited spaces in our lot, just turn in the drive and head back.  There is also a paid lot directly across the street.
